The Dog Centre Terms and Conditions

Before You Book

Welfare first.
Always.

Behaviour change and physical rehabilitation are complex processes that require investigation, time, collaboration and appropriate follow-through.

The Dog Centre provides welfare-centred consultancy and may work collaboratively with behaviour professionals, trainers, veterinary teams, physiotherapists, hydrotherapists, nutrition professionals and other appropriate allied professionals where a case requires multidisciplinary input.

There are no guaranteed outcomes. Progress depends on the dog’s health, environment, learning history, practical management and client participation.

By engaging with The Dog Centre’s services, you agree to uphold the welfare, safety and ethical principles that underpin our work and acknowledge the responsibilities set out below.

Core Principles

What our agreement
is built around.

01

Welfare

Behaviour support will not be pursued at the expense of a dog’s physical or emotional wellbeing.

02

Safety

Clients remain responsible for appropriate management, legal compliance and safety measures at all times.

03

Collaboration

Complex cases may require veterinary or allied-professional input alongside behaviour consultancy.

04

Follow-Through

Progress depends on implementing agreed management, training and welfare recommendations consistently.
